SERVICES FOR CANDIDATES
- We conduct interviews at our offices from 9am to 1pm daily. Please feel free to pop in during this time any day of the week (except public holidays), Monday to Friday.
- Please bring a hard copy of your CV, ID document, and any other qualifications you may have, with you for our meeting.
- Please note that you will be asked to sign a consent form for us to do an integrity background check (criminal check), and your fingerprints will be taken on the day of our meeting.
- Should you wish to make use of our professional CV writing services, please make our consultants aware of your requirement. This service is available at a once off cost of R250 and you will receive your newly tailored and professionally written CV within 7 days of our meeting. (This only applies to candidates wishing to make use of this service.) This fee can be paid in cash on the day.
- Please provide us with two references on the day of our meeting.

SERVICES FOR CLIENTS

- We will provide you with suitable CVs within 48 – 72 hours of your request.
- For clients in need of a domestic worker, nanny, au pair, caregiver, or gardener, we can either work on a temporary daily rate (basically where we pay the incumbent through our agency, and charge you a daily rate inclusive of an administrative fee) – or should you wish to take the incumbent on to work for you permanently, we will ask a once off services fee of R1250.00 – this will be due within 14 days of successful placement of the candidate. This fee also covers agency costs around reference and integrity checks, etc.
- For clients in need of call centre staff, administrative staff, cashiers, sales assistants, etc – we can also work on either a temporary daily rate (should you wish to have the incumbent on our books) or a once off services fee of R2500.00. Please note that this fee is due within 14 days of the successful appointment of a candidate.
- All clients qualify for a 30-day (from date of service commencement) credit note or free replacement of the incumbent, providing the invoice was paid in full within 14 days. (Please request a copy of our full Terms and Conditions, should you need further clarity on the above).
