Contingency Recruitment

Upon taking a brief and then successfully placing the most suitable candidate in the role, we will invoice the agreed fee – a percentage of the first year annual starting salary.

However…we love exclusive assignments for two main reasons:

Firstly we can offer a very generous reduction in our fees if we are working on a non-competitive basis – to be negotiated at the time of briefing.

Secondly, we can go the extra mile to find the very best candidates for your vacancy, quite simply because we know you trust us and also we know we will get paid for all our hard work. It is very true that when too many agencies are used on one assignment, the client ends up with more work than necessary and quite often too many irrelevant CV’s.

We give our pledge not to waste time and to shortlist only the very best talent. We can also offer not to put shortlisted candidates on interviews with your competitors, until you have decided on their candidature.

Retained Recruitment

For senior assignments we can work on a retained basis, enabling our clients to pay in three stages; a third up front, a third at shortlist stage and the remaining third upon successful placement of the candidate.

As part of this, we will handle all ad response on behalf on our client, giving comprehensive feedback to every individual, whether shortlisted or not. Your company name and/or logo would be used in our advertising in order to attract only the most suited candidates to your company.
